Thank you for being part of our family! With our Pawz Rewards Loyalty Program, every visit brings you closer to complimentary services for your pup.

How It Works

Receive one (1) paw print per qualifying reservation for Daycare, Grooming, or Boarding services.
Limit one (1) paw print per reservation, per family, regardless of the number of pets or services included in a single reservation.
Paw prints are awarded only at the time of service and your Pawz Rewards card must be presented at each visit in order to receive a stamp. Retroactive stamps cannot be issued.

Program Terms & Conditions

Upon redemption of any reward, the completed Pawz Rewards card is considered redeemed, surrendered, and void, and a new card must be started for future rewards.
Rewards are non-transferable, may not be combined with other promotions or discounts, and are valid only for the services specifically listed.
Rewards have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and may not be substituted or exchanged.
Complimentary rewards are subject to availability and may require advance reservation.
Lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged cards cannot be replaced, and paw prints cannot be transferred to a new card.
This loyalty program is offered at management’s discretion and may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the program may be canceled by the customer at any time, with no fees or obligations; however, accrued paw prints have no cash value and may not be refunded.
Management reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or invalidate rewards in cases of misuse, fraud, or abuse of the program.
